2.3 Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition and authenticity of items they sell, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfilling their obligations to buyers. By listing items on our marketplace, sellers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to sell such items and that their listings do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

2.4 Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any purchase, including verifying item conditions, seller credibility, and ensuring payment methods are secure. We recommend buyers inspect items in person before payment whenever possible and use secure payment methods that offer buyer protection.

2.5 No Liability for Transactions: LearnConnect shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or issues arising from transactions conducted through our marketplace. This includes but is not limited to defective products, misrepresented items, failed deliveries, payment disputes, fraud, or any other transaction-related issues. Users engage in marketplace transactions entirely at their own risk.

Participants are responsible for verifying all competition details directly with competition organizers.
